African Water Project
African Water Project is a plan currently being implemented which involves the installation of over 78,000 km of pipes connecting Eastern European aqueducts to the African continent in order to allow drinking water to reach even the most remote villages.
The construction of the infrastructure, which is expected to begin work on 31 October 2024 and conclude on 31 October 2027, has a total cost of 900,000,000,000 euros, funds that Horizon has already allocated. It is one of the most impressive projects in the human history marks a definitive turning point for the populations living in territories without drinking water.
